A signature is required to process your entry. By signing this form, you acknowledge that your vehicle has sufficient insurance coverage for this event. You will not hold The Hot Rod Revolution, Rex Rod & Chassis, The Jalopy Journal and/or Penngrove Community Park liable for any damage to your vehicle or personal property, should it occur at the event.
